On Wednesday evening, May 22nd, Myogen Neal Shorstein, ophthalmologist, researcher, and Zen Buddhist priest in the Everyday Zen sangha will give an in-person dharma talk followed by a discussion. Myogen Neal Shorstein was ordained in 2018 by Zoketsu Norman Fischer and was shuso for the Spring practice period for Everyday Zen in 2023.
On Wednesday evening, May 29th, Dawu Camille Whitney will give an in-person dharma talk followed by a discussion. Dawu took the Zen precepts at the Hazy Moon Zen Center in Los Angeles in 2013. She lived at Tassajara from 2017-19 and San Francisco Zen Center - City Center from 2020-21.

On Wednesday evening, June 19th, Michael Uhila will give an in-person Dharma talk followed by a discussion. Michael Uhila is a Buddhist practitioner, a television producer, and a musician. He was born at Stanford Hospital in California.
On Wednesday evening, June 26th Kyōshō Valorie Beer will give an in-person Dharma talk followed by a discussion. A native of Southern California, Kyōshō Valorie Beer has practiced Zen Buddhism since 1991. She was ordained as a priest in 2005 and received dharma transmission in 2013.
