Major Responsibilities

• The audio steward ensures that the Sony handheld recording device is present on Wednesday nights and placed on the water tray to be delivered to the speaker by the Kokyo. Under guidance from the Abbot as to which lectures to add (and remove) from the website, Audio Steward takes home the recorder and uploads the lecture to the Kannon Do website Audio Lectures Page.
  Generally most Wednesday night lectures will be recorded. For guest speakers, we need to ask if they are ok with us recording and posting their lecture, and also help them to use the device.
