On Wednesday evening, June 19th,  Michael Uhila will give an in-person Dharma talk followed by a discussion. Michael Uhila is a Buddhist practitioner, a television producer, and a musician. He was born at Stanford Hospital in California.

On Wednesday evening,  June 26th Kyōshō Valorie Beer will give an in-person Dharma talk followed by a discussion. A native of Southern California, Kyōshō Valorie Beer has practiced Zen Buddhism since 1991. She was ordained as a priest in 2005 and received dharma transmission in 2013.

On Wednesday evening,  July 3rd, Lee will give an in-person Dharma talk followed by a discussion.

Please join us for a Sangha meeting to be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 6th.   Everyone is welcome.  The meeting will be in a hybrid format (in-person and online).

On Wednesday evening, July 10th our teacher and abbot emeritus Les Kaye will give a dharma talk followed by a discussion.

On Wednesday evening, July 17th, Brenda will give an in-person Dharma talk followed by a discussion.

Please join for a Full Moon Ceremony at Kannon Do on Saturday, July 20th, following the 9:30 zazen session. This cherished Buddhist tradition allows us to come together to renew our vows as a community. After the sitting and ceremony, there will be a garden work day. All are welcome to attend both events.

Please join us for a garden work day at Kannon Do on Saturday, July 20th after the 9:30-10:10 p.m. sitting.  Tasks such as pruning, raking and weeding will be taken care of in the front and back areas. Please come and help us maintain the garden and landscape.
