If you plan on attending Sesshin on December 14th please join us for Oryoki training on Saturday , December 7th at 10:30 a.m. Oryoki is the traditional way that Japanese monks eat their food in monasteries. At Sesshin 2 meals (breakfast and lunch) will be eaten Oryoki style. Newcomers are particularly welcome, but experienced people are also invited for a refresher.
