If you plan on attending Sesshin on December 9th please join us for Oryoki training on Saturday, December 2nd following the last sitting. Oryoki is the traditional way that Japanese monks eat their food in monasteries. At Sesshin 2 meals (breakfast and lunch) will be eaten Oryoki style. Newcomers are particularly welcome, but experienced people are also invited for a refresher.
