Even though our meditation is personal and silent, the daily expression of our practice faces outward into our community. The Meditation in Life Series offers a group setting where both beginning and experienced meditators can discuss questions and insights about our practice, lives, and relationships.
On July 9th we begin our conversation with Suzuki Roshi’s statement: “You are perfect just as you are and you can use a little improvement”.
Led by an experienced Kannon Do meditator, the discussions are informal and designed so that participants may consider and explore their own topics as part of the group conversation. All are welcome.
