On Saturday July 28 at 10:30 AM, please join garden stewards Lee and Megan in the Kannon Do courtyard
for a midsummer garden work day.

Lee and Megan have planned watering, weeding, pruning and general cleanup in the backyard area
ahead of the upcoming project to lay down a level stone path around the yard.
The path workers are scheduled to begin the week of July 30, so everyone’s effort may
help ease the way for this extensive project. It’s an exciting new development for
Kannon Do!

Wear work clothes and sturdy shoes, and bring sun protection. Gloves and tools will
be provided. There will be tea and cookies in the courtyard at around 10:15 to 10:30,
and work assignments will be discussed during that time. The plan is to work till about noon,
but those who need to leave earlier should still join in for the time you can give.
