Please join us for a discussion of Chapter 1 of Suzuki Roshi’s book “Branching Streams Flow in the Darkness: Zen Talks on the Sandokai” after zazen on Wednesday, January 16th at 8 p.m.  Instead of a Lecture we will discuss one chapter of the book each 3rd Wednesday of the month.  Umar Qu will moderate the discussion this week.  The tentative schedule is as follows:

February 20th  Chapter 2, Moderator Ken Simpson

March 20th Chapter 3, Moderator, Vanessa Able

April 17th Chapter 4 Moderator, Dave Redell

May 15th Chapter 5, Moderator Travis Marsot

June 19th Chapter 6,  Moderator – to be announced

Chapters 7 -12 will be on a similar schedule every 3rd Wednesday
