Meditation in Life

Meditation is a practice that many of us do in isolation or pursue in a solitary manner.  Even when we practice meditation within a community, many of us keep our practice and related insights to ourselves.

Sangha Meeting

Please join us this coming Saturday July 18th at Kannon Do for our regular monthly sangha meeting beginning at 10:30. This monthly meeting is how we take care of the various tasks around Kannon Do and is a good way to learn more about how things are organized and to become involved more significantly.

Workshop: Creating Healing Rituals at Home in the Heart (25 July)

With Paula Arai Explore how you can weave ritualized healing activities into your daily life. Established teachings and practice guidelines developed over the millennia fuel and inform each person on their journey of healing, yet each person must explore what is most helpful in the conditions of their own life.
