Sesshin

Kannon Do will host a one-day meditation retreat, or Sesshin on June 11th. This day of mindfulness offers a rare opportunity to turn our awareness to the simple activities that sustain our lives, and that we normally take for granted: breathing, walking, eating, being attentive to the workings of our mind.

Guest Speaker: Victor Legge

Please join us for Victor's Dharma talk  after zazen this Wednesday, June 15th 2016.

Sangha Meeting and Potluck

Garden Work Day

Please join for a garden work day on Saturday June 26, from 10:30 to about noon. The garden is in full bloom so do join us in grooming our beautiful property. Garden gloves and tools will be provided, but wear sturdy shoes and bring a hat.

Meditation in Life

Even though our meditation is personal and silent, the daily expression of our practice faces outward into our community. The Meditation in Life Series offers a group setting where both beginning and experienced meditators can discuss questions and insights about our practice, lives, and relationships.
