This day of mindfulness offers a rare opportunity to turn our awareness to the simple activities that sustain our lives, and that we normally take for granted: breathing, walking, eating, being attentive to the workings of our mind.

Join us at 10:30 AM for an Introduction to Zen on November 5th.  This orientation is intended primarily for individuals  new to Zen practice,  as well as experienced practitioners who have  questions about their contemplative practice.  This informal get together takes place on the first Saturday of the month,  lasting  about 90 minutes.

Even though our meditation is personal and silent, the daily expression of our practice faces outward into our community. The Meditation in Life Series offers a group setting where both beginning and experienced meditators can discuss questions and insights about our practice, lives, and relationships.
