Join us at 10:30 AM for an introduction to Zen meditation. It's meant for people new to Zen meditation as well as practitioners with questions about their contemplative practice. On Saturday, February 13th, Kannon Do will host a one-day meditation retreat, or Sesshin. The next Kannon Do Sangha meeting will be held on February 20, at 10:30, in the Sangha house. Everyone is welcome. During these monthly meetings, the Kannon Do board - and other members and friends who attend - review the operations of our center and ensure that all necessary tasks are being taken care of.
Kannon Do is in process of planning a dynamic and engaging short video that will become part of the website. The filming will take place on Saturday, February 27th, and will include brief scenes of the people and activities of Kannon Do, as well short interviews.
