Please join for a garden work day on Saturday July 30, from 10:30 to about noon. We will be continuing to work on weeding and grooming the plantings around Kannon Do.  Please meet with us in the courtyard at 10:30 if you'd like to join in.

We begin our discussion of the Noble Eightfold Path after zazen on Wednesday, August 10th and it will be led by Carolina.

If you plan on attending Sesshin on August  13th please join Victor Legge for Oryoki training on August 6th at 10:30 a.m. Oryoki is the traditional way that Japanese monks eat their food in monasteries.  At Sesshin 2 meals (breakfast and lunch) will be eaten Oryoki style.  Victor's teaching style is fun and informative.
