Crooked Cucumber – Online Book Discussion Part II

Join via Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/911714224 This Wednesday evening, March 25th, we will be continuing our discussion of chapter 6 and the beginning of chapter 7 from 'Crooked Cucumber', a biography of Suzuki Roshi by David Chadwick. This section explains the hardships Suzuki Roshi faced during WWII and how he practiced during that difficult time.

Online Dharma Talk on Zen Practice and Leadership

One Day Meditation Retreat (Sesshin) – Cancelled

Kannon Do will host a one-day meditation retreat, or Sesshin on Saturday, April 11th. This day of mindfulness offers a rare opportunity to turn our awareness to the simple activities that sustain our lives, and that we normally take for granted: breathing, walking, eating, being attentive to the workings of our mind.
