About Kannon Do

For more than 50 years, Kannon Do has offered Soto Zen practice in the lineage of Shunryu Sukuki Roshi. Kannon Do provides opportunities to deepen spiritual connection and to find balance, equanimity and community in the busy modern world. Primary activities include meditation, studies of Buddhist teachings and exploring together how we can bring those teachings to everyday life.

Kannon Do is a non-residential center, run by volunteers and supported by its members. There are no membership or registration requirements to participate
